Is it free?+
Yes, for now. The service is in alpha testing — no fees. When we launch paid plans, all test users will get a notice and a transition period.
How is my WB token protected?+
The token is AES-GCM-encrypted on the server before being stored in DB. It cannot be returned via API in plain text — only used for WB requests. In logs it's replaced with …«last 4 chars».
What personal data do you store?+
Email + consent facts with time/IP/User-Agent — the obligatory minimum. Optionally: name, avatar (for UI). No payment data is stored — payments go via Tinkoff, we only see the order id.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes, one click in Profile → Delete account. All PD, calculation cases and WB token are deleted. The (anonymised) consent journal stays for Roskomnadzor audit per 152-FZ art. 9 §4.
Where is data stored?+
Servers in RF (Moscow, Timeweb Cloud). No cross-border transfer. The service is registered in the Roskomnadzor PD operators registry.
Does it work for big catalogues (1000+ SKU)?+
Technically yes. Current alpha infrastructure handles ~10K SKUs per user. We'll scale as soon as this becomes a bottleneck.
